Training and development

We are committed to investing in our staff and we have a training budget which is broadly equal to £750 per employee per year. This training budget is used across the team and is at the discretion of your line manager.

If there are any training opportunities you feel would be valuable to your work then please discuss these with your line manager.

If you attend a training course or conference on a weekend then we are happy for you to have one day off in lieu.

Studio 24 pays for all reasonable expenses associated with training and conferences. These include cheapest travel, accommodation, and where training includes an overnight stay up to £30 per person per day for food.
