Breach of provisions

Any breach of these provisions or any misconduct not specifically mentioned herein may be dealt with under the disciplinary procedure. The taking of disciplinary action by Studio 24 does not preclude the possibility of action in a Civil or Criminal Court, whether initiated by Studio 24, an individual or the Civil Authorities.
