Work outside Studio 24

We recognise staff may undertake freelance work outside of Studio 24, but it is expected that such work will not have an adverse effect on the performance of your normal duties with Studio 24 or affect relationships Studio 24 has with its clients. We reserve the right to discuss any external work with you if it is felt your duties at Studio 24 are suffering as a result.

It is not permitted to undertake work outside of Studio 24 that has a direct conflict of interest with your work at Studio 24. Examples of this would include working for or running a small business that directly competes with Studio 24, working for one of our customers or suppliers, or either soliciting or working for one of Studio 24's existing or prospective customers.

If you are in a situation where a conflict of interest may occur, then you must discuss this with Simon Jones, Managing Director.
