Termination of employment

Details concerning notice of termination are included in your Statement of Main Terms and Conditions of Employment or Contract of Employment. However, if you give notice to Studio 24 or Studio 24 gives you notice, it may be possible by mutual agreement to waive the formal notice periods. Studio 24 reserves the right to require you to take any outstanding holiday entitlement during your notice period.

Studio 24 also reserves the right, at its discretion, to pay you in lieu of notice or require you to take ‘Garden Leave’ for all or part of the notice period. During any ‘Garden Leave’ Studio 24 is not obliged to provide work and you will not be allowed to undertake any other work without the written permission of Simon Jones. You may not be permitted to take any holiday during ‘Garden Leave’ and must ensure that you remain available to attend work, if required, at any time.

Studio 24 also reserves the right to require you to carry out other work within your capabilities in any department or area as an alternative to Garden Leave.

By acceptance of these terms and conditions you hereby authorise Studio 24 to make such deductions as may apply to you.
