Lay-off/reduced hours

Studio 24 reserves the right to lay you off without pay, except for the statutory entitlement, for temporary periods in the event of a reduction in work. Studio 24 also reserves the right to introduce short time working as an alternative to lay off. Lay-off would only be invoked as an alternative to compulsory redundancies in the unlikely event of a downturn in business.
