Social media policy

We recognise staff need to use blogs and social media as part of their job and will also do so for personal reasons as a member of the wider web community.

Blogs and social media are public places and must be treated as such. Your conduct on blogs and social media is expected to be professional. You must treat others with respect and not bring Studio 24 into disrepute.

Defamatory, derogatory or harassing statements or comments posted on such sites either about Studio 24 or employees of Studio 24 or comments which identify individual employees may be treated as gross misconduct in line with Studio 24 disciplinary procedures.

This also applies to any matters of a confidential nature which should not be discussed through this forum. If you are in any doubt as to whether something falls into the confidential category you should speak to your line manager.
